Our Digital Media Managers play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital media campaigns for various clients in the B2B tech space. The Digital Activation team is a group of campaign managers who are passionate about shaping the future of Go-To-Market Campaigns at Allytics.
This team has high leadership visibility and plays an essential role in building best practices and resources cross-agency.The ideal candidate has a high sense of urgency, a creative mind, great communication skills, and a strong grasp on quantitative data. They can execute many omni-channel digital campaigns at once and have a natural talent for seeing through the numbers to identify interesting trends and optimization opportunities.Allytics is a full-service marketing firm that represents many of the world’s top technology companies. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and evaluate historical campaign performance to define campaign objectives, identify target channels, and create data-driven strategies for digital campaign execution.
- Setup, launch, and manage cross-channel campaigns across various platforms and vendors, including paid social, search, display, and content syndication, based on approved media plans and recommendations.
- Leverage strong data analytical skills to own optimization of digital channel ROI and customer conversion.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports to clients, project teams, and management, highlighting relevant metrics and insights based on key performance indicators.
- Conduct A/B experimental tests and analyses to make business recommendations for funnel conversion optimization for each channel, campaign, and/or client.
- Support campaign data collection and tracking related to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate analytics and measurement, in conjunction with our campaign tracking team.
- Efficiently manage media budgets across multiple campaigns, maximizing spend efficiencies in paid media.
- Capture best practices, measurement functions, and aspects of the job into templates, and reusable assets. Work with team to include in Allytics internal best practices.
- Project manage media priorities and tasks, ensuring timely coordination between project, creative, agency and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, or Communications is preferred, but not required
- 3+ years managing omni-channel campaigns at a tech company or agency.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and executing Google Search, Google Display, and Google Video.
- Experience in campaign management for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
- Experience analyzing digital marketing campaign performance and identifying optimizations to improve campaign performance
- Experience reporting to internal and external stakeholders using PowerPoint reports and BI dashboards such as Tableau
- Excellent task management skills and ability to meet established goals while balancing other priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Ability to deliver on multiple projects with firm deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and focus on quality
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Washington State Pay Range
Digital Media Manager II: $80,000—$100,000 USDListed above is this role's base pay range. When a role is to be filled by candidates at multiple levels, more than one pay range will be shown. In other locations that Allytics has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10%.
