Based in the heart of NYC, we're on the hunt for a driven, data-savvy Head of Marketing who's eager to help us reach new heights.
About the Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will build and manage cohesive activations that boost brand equity and drive pipeline and results for the GTM team. Partnering with CEO and reporting to the CRO, this role requires a strategic thinker who can implement data-driven campaigns, produce results, manage a team while also building strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- A marketing savant. 10+ years of experience in marketing with the responsibility of driving revenue and demand/lead generation.
- Experience in a high-growth tech start-up during its Seed, Series A, B, or C stages is required.
- Experience meeting and presenting to C-Suite yet also comfortable discussing PLG with a growth hacker.
- Deep understanding of the Martech ecosystem of providers, partners and customers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, plans, and projects to drive market awareness, pipeline, client engagement and revenue.
- A partner to sales who can own sales and marketing collateral including brand campaigns, creative positioning, marketing projects/campaigns and sales content.
- Lead cohesive brand activation plans, including advertising, brand partnerships, and extensions into culture and entertainment. Drive consistent experiences across all audience touchpoints.
- Manage and coordinate the global marketing budget, network of freelancers, and PR partners.
- Attend conventions and conferences, preparing engaging and compelling displays and collateral (e.g., datasheets, whitepapers, videos).

- Proven track record of success in launching innovative campaigns and activations.
- Startup/scale-up mentality.
- Experience mentoring other marketers and leading cross-functional teams.
