Picket is seeking a Treasury Leader based in the Nashville metro area to drive the build-out of our banking infrastructure to support operating at scale, develop our cash planning and forecasting capability, and own the working capital cycle and related daily cash management.
Expectations
- Develop and maintain an efficient and scalable banking infrastructure to support corporate and client needs; open accounts and own related KYC; close dormant accounts
- Develop and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast that aligns to the annual corporate budget/forecast
- Work cross-functionally within Picket to ensure client accounts maintain funding and vendor payments are made per terms
- Demonstrates real world experience setting up and managing payment acceptance, using virtual accounts or wallets for custody of client (third party money)
- Manage off-shore AP-team and coordinate within Picket to ensure timely AR collection
- Manage investment accounts to ensure appropriate corporate operating liquidity
- Implement and maintain an appropriate control environment, ensuring regulatory compliance for relevant accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in treasury / cash management
- Experience working with off-shore resources and developing a growing team
- Payments/virtual account/wallet experience desired
- Operating complex banking infrastructure; regulated environment a plus
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
