Job Description and Key Responsibilities
- As a Product Analyst at Educative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our product teams. Your role will be crucial in driving our product strategy and ensuring that our product teams are set up to scale consistently and with minimal friction
1) Feature Development
- Define, design, launch, and measure new features to enhance profitability and product discovery.
- Drive growth and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
2) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Enhance the customer experience and gather feedback for product improvement.
3) Metrics and Communication
- Define, collect, and measure key product metrics.
- Communicate the success or challenges of product initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders.
4) Tool Management
- Manage the tools and software used by the product team.
- Ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
5) Autonomous Execution
- Operate with significant autonomy to achieve both team and organizational goals.
- Deliver results that drive the company forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Computer Science); a Master's degree is a plus.
- 2+ years experience in a Product Analyst or related role within a technology or software development environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract and analyze insights to guide decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a capacity to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and drive projects to completion.
- Familiarity with product development processes, Agile methodologies, and product management practices.
- Experience with relevant software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
