The Role
As a Sales specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Growing sales within new and existing accounts while meeting sales targets.
- Identifying and converting new leads and sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Collaborating with other sales and technical teams to identify and grow opportunities within your territory including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborating with vendors for lead generation and sales opportunities.
- Account planning to align customer initiatives with sales forecasting and working with our delivery team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
- Actively supporting Elantis culture.
In this role, here are some of the skills we’re looking for:
- Proven experience consistently meeting sales targets in a B2B sales role and sale cycles.
- Three to five years of experience working in the Information Technology industry (knowledge of Microsoft technology such as SharePoint and the Power Platform) and with CRM software (such as Salesforce).
- Three to five years of experience with solution selling within consulting.
- Experience acquiring new clients and developing client relationships with excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization (including executive and C-level contacts).
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple accounts/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build connections with contacts quickly.
