The Opportunity...
As an Account Manager with the Insurance division of Centerfield, you will be the primary relationship owner for a designated group of high-priority media accounts. Your role as an affiliate account manager will be crucial to the management and growth of Centerfield’s third party media sources in the insurance industry. This role will demand equal parts data-interpretation and relationship management skills as you will be responsible for the profitable management of an existing book of business as well as business development to grow your portfolio of marketing channels.
How You'll Contribute...
- Serve as the key contact for third party affiliates, focusing on their retention and growth.
- Develop and foster relationships with all publisher touch points, ensuring publisher satisfaction.
- Prepare implementation plans and lead publisher onboarding, presenting content strategy and improvement plans.
- Collaborate closely with publishers to identify and respond to needs, including approving marketing content and providing insight on best practices for setup and implementation.
- Regularly assess the quality and profitability of media, geo’s, and consumer attributes that align with our client's KPIs.
- Identify and explore new opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the analytics teams to provide useful data to provide direction.
- Work closely with Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes, from campaign set-up to troubleshooting and QA.
- Collaborate with Analytics to determine root causes for customer success or failure, driving requirements for product or process enhancement.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows related to campaign set-up, pixel placement strategy, creative execution, ad trafficking, and campaign management.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
- Partner with client-facing team to understand client needs and key performance metrics in an attempt to meet and exceed goals throughout campaigns.
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns, ensuring success, high customer satisfaction, and renewals.
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
What We're Looking For...
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment for the insurance lead generation industry.
- Experience in the insurance, medicare/health, calls industry preferred.
- Dynamic personality with effective communication skills, both written and oral, capable of influencing diverse audiences at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Passion for business and a proactive approach to improving and growing assigned media partnerships.
