We are seeking a seasoned Designer with experience working with tech developer audiences to help us create marketing materials and fuel our next stage of growth by evolving our global brand to reach the next million developers.This role reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager and will work closely with the marketing team to create a cohesive, memorable brand identity through digital design and online experiences.

Responsibilities for Designer
- Able to translate business requirements and creative briefs into strong visual solutions
- Work with marketing team members on the conceptualization & execution of well-designed, strategic creative solutions
- Create concepts that work in static and motion, across various sizes and platforms including popular desktop and mobile formats
- Adept at creating design consistency across web pages, slide templates, social media, and other media as we continue to grow
- Imaginative and creative self-starter with a take-ownership mentality
- Passion for strategy, ideas, typography, layout, and communication hierarchy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications for Designer
- 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in digital and graphic design
- Proficient with Figma and Adobe tools
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, collect feedback and rapidly iterate
- Quality and deadline-driven, able to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Prior experience working with startups and/or marketing teams
- Experienced in leading brand design and implementation, ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Experience building and adhering to brand standards across all media
- A portfolio of previous digital design work showcasing your great layouts and use of typography
- Current on social media trends
- Experience with B2B marketing
