Role: IT Support Intern
Team: Corporate IT
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
An IT Services intern is responsible for the day to day needs of the Health Catalyst Team. The candidate will interact with every level and aspect of Health Catalyst team to help ensure success by timely response and assistance in day to day operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with “New Hire” laptop imaging and readiness
- Assist team members with lockouts, email issues, printer setup and problems, and general Helpdesk
- Assist in the setup and running of Executive and Team meetings
- Assist in process/tool improvement
- All other duties as assigned

Education & Relevant Experience
- Enrolled in college preferably working towards a technical degree
Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
- Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
- Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
