We're looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide support to, and manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our Senior Leadership team (SLT) at Prezzee!
About the role:
- Support Leadership: Assist with schedule prioritisation, time management, and organisation
- and ensure that SLT Members have the necessary information to be able to efficiently manage their meetings
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal including Board level and external stakeholders to manage key stakeholder interactions.
- Office Management: Support the Office Manager, ANZ in maintaining office operations, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
- Administration: Work closely with other EA’s across the globe as needed and ensure accurate record-keeping, and review practices for continuous improvement.
- Event Planning: Support in the coordination of quarterly global town halls, and other key meetings or events. This will include pulling together g-slides and decks.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Similar experience in a EA role supporting C-level executives in a client facing environment
- Technology: Comfortable with Macs, G-suite, Slack, or similar.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing busy diaries.
- Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Personality: Friendly, team-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
