The Team


The Growth team at Imprint is dedicated to driving business growth through strategic go-to-market initiatives, successful launch and management of our merchant partners’ programs, and scaling efforts in cardholder acquisition and engagement. Our team encompasses business development, marketing, partner success, brand management, and product development. We work cross-functionally with the leadership team to represent and advocate for our partners.

The Job


The Associate Program Manager will assist our brand partners in launching and optimizing their co-brand programs with Imprint. The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding merchant partnerships through strategic execution and relationship building. This role requires distinctive analytical and problem solving capabilities, high organizational skills, strong presentation abilities, and extensive program management experience. The Associate Program Manager will support the Program Manager in overall program strategy, own and execute growth initiatives, and analyze program performance to drive continuous improvement.

Your Day-to-Day


  • Launch strategic programs by planning timelines and deliverables, mobilizing internal cross-functional teams, identifying dependencies, and developing risk mitigation plans.
  • Drive program growth by analyzing KPIs and executing strategic initiatives, including targeted marketing campaigns and risk-based credit strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for partner programs, coordinating with internal and partner teams to bring campaigns to market.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop customized enhancements that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Create presentations and business reviews for merchant meetings.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation towards initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value and minimize acquisition costs.
  • Track and share insights with internal and external stakeholders, building case studies that support merchant acquisition efforts and promote Imprint’s value to partners.

We Are Looking For Folks With


  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, and business operations. Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to large audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Distinctive analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and play a client facing role, demonstrating the ability to align the goals of two brands to drive mutual growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
  • Strong ownership mindset, taking initiative to solve problems and identify opportunities.
  • A bias to action and impact, thriving in a nimble and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and data organization skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) being a plus.
