Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Controlling Analyst to join our dynamic and energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making for our group activities and providing reliable support to management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage financial controlling processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting for group activities.
- Assist with the group consolidated reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Expertise ideally with D365 or any other complex ERP system
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
