Senior Visual Designer - Colombia & Mexico
YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN EITHER COLOMBIA OR MEXICO!!!
Indigo Slate is seeking a Visual Designer to join an in-house creative team supporting Microsoft Partner Marketing Initiatives. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including art directors, copywriters, strategists, project managers and other designers to ensure our clients marketing and advertising is not only brand consistent, but visually appealing. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that captures our company and client’s visions.

YOUR ROLE & SKILL SET
You will actively contribute to Indigo Slate’s success by:
- Assembling packages of creative assets based on provided direction with organization and diligence.
- Understanding and ensuring alignment with client brand standards.
- Possessing strong layout and composition skills in arranging visual elements on a page or screen in an aesthetically pleasing and effective way.
- Have a love for exploration but appreciate simplicity.
- Finding the combination of color, image and type to make things pop
- Effectively communicating and collaborating with team members across all levels.
- Having a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in design work quality.
- Ability to adapt to provided design systems, technologies, and client preferences.
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently when necessary and meet deadlines
- Willingness to ask for help from your peers and the team when you need it and to be proactive sharing feedback on how we can all do better.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-7 years of proven work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Figma).
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Power Point.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Near Native English skills - spoken and written.
- Working with Microsoft in an agency setting a plus
