Cadence 3, a leader in innovative event solutions, seeks a talented Event Marketing Manager to join our Kirkland office. This role focuses on crafting exceptional event experiences that enhance our client's market presence and drive return on investment. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and strategic thinking to our dynamic team, with the goal of evolving into a senior management position within the company.Responsibilities: 1. Event Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to translate their business goals into impactful event strategies that promote brand engagement and market growth.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of event planning from concept to completion, including the creation of event walking decks to guide the event narrative and participant experience.
  • Expertly support virtual, live, and hybrid events, adapting strategies and execution plans to fit the format and maximize audience engagement.

2. Content and Communication Development:

  • Lead the development of a targeted content strategy, including social media outreach, blog posts, and event-specific communications to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Design and maintain key event materials such as registration pages, promotional assets, and Know Before You Go communications to prepare attendees effectively.

3. Stakeholder and Team Coordination:

  • Serve as the key contact among marketing, sales, and event teams, ensuring strategic alignment and cohesive event delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including field teams and customers, to support collaborative and successful outcomes.
  • Manage pre-event briefings and calls to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with the event objectives.

4. Analytics and Insights:

  • Define and track critical metrics to assess the effectiveness of events in achieving desired outcomes.
  • Produce comprehensive post-event wrap-up summaries that offer insights and highlight successes, guiding strategic improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful corporate events across virtual, live, and hybrid formats, particularly in tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling multiple projects across various teams and geographical locations.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and external vendors.
  • A proactive and creative problem-solver with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and video production is a plus.
