Our customers range from multiple Fortune 100 companies to hundreds of small-medium businesses and our product has proven to drastically increase lead conversions and win rates. About the RoleAs an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

Through partnership and collaboration, you will coach our Enterprise customers to achieve their business goals and maximize value from their investment in Enlyft. You will interact with customers regularly to build relationships, drive adoption, provide awareness to all available Enlyft resources, ensure on-time renewals, and uncover growth opportunities. Ultimately, you’ll be the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate to ensure customer success.Location: Remote with some onsite flexibility to meet with the team at HQ  quarterly + Ability to travel to client sites (roughly 10% travel required)ResponsibilitiesEnlyft is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with strong communication and presentation skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for representing the Enlyft brand and product, clearly demonstrating how they align with customer’s unique marketing and sales funnels.

  • Proactive relationship management with accounts to maintain overall customer health
  • Key liaison between the customer, building and managing custom programs and development of AI models
  • Execute on the operational and product utilization related goals of the customer by driving overall customer adoption, enhance customer success, and mitigate customer churn risk
  • Develop personalized customer education, on-boarding, and implementation plans to provide user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Data Research, and Engineering to deliver on client objectives and provide a world-class partnership
  • Nurture and develop customer engagements and relationships to identify new sales opportunities (up-sell or cross-sell)
  • Drive renewal strategy and subsequent on-time renewals; Ownership of customers’ success measured through renewal rate and other metrics that measure customer sentiment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the end users and their management to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve agreed operational priorities, leading to maximum value from Enlyft investment
  • Provide ongoing customer insights to Leadership on user experience improvements, product capabilities, and customer engagement processes that ensure new product development ideas and opportunities that address universal customer needs
  • Maintain an understanding of sales and marketing products and industry knowledge to effectively drive greater customer engagement on the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs

Qualifications

  • Must have at least Five (5) years’ experience in an Enterprise CSM position with in a B2B SaaS tech company working with fortune 500 clients, with at least three years of tenure in a single position.
  • Experience using complex data to drive client's strategic goals, KPI's and objective.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, AI, modeling and more complex use cases.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users
  • Strength in project management and experience leveraging internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end-user personnel
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative team player
  • Passionate about helping your customers maximize the benefits of the Enlyft platform
  • Familiarity with the Marketing and Sales Funnel
  • Experience or desire to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to travel to client sites (roughly 10% travel required)
