This pivotal role involves coordinating and executing various projects, including Amazon listing updates, product and lifestyle photo and video shoots, Premium A+ content, and presentations. The primary emphasis lies in strong project management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal partners to deliver initiatives on time and with excellence.

PLEASE NOTE: this is an independent contractor position (indefinite contracting time period)


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficient project management skills: prioritize tasks, efficiently utilize resources, maintain organization, provide timely updates, identify and address issues, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Coordinate cross-divisional creative development and material production.
  • Schedule and lead meetings for project requirement gathering and status updates.
  • Assign tasks and oversee contributions from external vendors and consultants.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project timelines.
  • Gather, review, and integrate feedback from internal stakeholders throughout project phases.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide regular progress updates and report the impact of initiatives to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with exposure to creative projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing consultants.
  • Keen attention to detail and adaptability to rapid changes.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in various capacities.
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and take initiative.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable to deadlines and approvals.
  • Effective collaboration and team-building skills, with a proven ability to work harmoniously with others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange and other common professional software.

Anticipated Salary range: CRC 11,383,492.00 - CRC 14,229,365.00 (annually)
