Litify is hiring a Director, Law Firm Sales to manage our core sales team, command and grow our sales process, and lead the team to deliver on ambitious sales targets. This role will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and mentoring a team of Account Executives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment with experience creating strong relationships with internal Litify team members and external prospects and customers and a demonstrated track record of sales success. 
This role will report to our SVP, Sales.

In this role, you will:


  • Manage, lead, and develop a distributed team of Account Executives of all levels across several segments
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Manage and analyze the performance of your team including accurate forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics
  • Position the team to grow successfully beyond the immediate targets
  • Create and drive a culture of high performance and accountability

To be successful, you have:


  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role and 10+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong understanding of legal industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape
  • Flexibility to travel <25% 

Disclosure:The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $175,000. You may also be offered a bonus/commission and benefits.Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.  The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
