The Role
As a Senior Power Platfrom Specialist at Elantis you’ll be responsible for:
- Acting as a “go to” technical resource for other team members.
- Researching and resolving complex issues for your own projects as well as those of others.
- Assisting presales efforts by creating and updating estimates for proposals.
- Facilitating workshops, training, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Validating client requirements or processes.
- Designing wireframes and mockups.
- Performing quality control testing via effective test code coverage, defensive programming approaches, appropriate error handling, etc.
- Enhancing and evolving development standards including production cutover run books
- Developing new and enhance existing automated processes using Nintex and/or the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Leveraging various applications, tools and features in the M365 and Azure Ecosystems to support automation solutions.
From the technical side, here are some of the skills we're looking for:
- Experience with Development tools and processes
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and on premise.
- Experience with Nintex Automation Cloud workflows and forms
- Experience with .Net, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SPFX, Powershell scripting
- Exposure to process mapping and requirements gathering
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Experience in consulting roles.
- Articulate, excellent communication skills.
- Able to confidently advise clients on solutions.
- Proactive and driven.
- Able to manage billable time and work efficiently.
- Able to context switch and manage multiple client commitments.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
- Skilled at technically coaching and mentoring a team.
- Able to work with project managers and technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Post-secondary education in a technology related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft PL200, PL400, PL600 are a great asset.
