Who You Are: 


We're looking for a visionary Content Producer & Strategist to elevate our brand's voice, thought leadership, and presence. You'll combine exceptional writing, community engagement, omni-channel content creation, and strategic thinking to empower and guide immigrant families and help us execute on our ambitious traffic and community growth goals. 

Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:


  • Translate complex immigration topics into clear, compelling content across various formats (e.g., social media posts, email content, articles, product and website copy, videos).
  • Partner with Manager, Organic social, Executive Editor, and marketing stakeholders  to develop and execute omni-channel content strategy in line with overall business goals. 
  • Craft engaging social-first and social-only content based on company news and events and version it for other channels as needed. 
  • Build brand awareness and drive traffic through strategic content distribution across multiple channels.

Community Engagement:


  • Manage and grow Boundless's online community across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Implement audience engagement strategies, curate content, and respond to followers, fostering a supportive and informative environment.
  • Identify new ways to connect with and expand our audience, leveraging community feedback to refine content and engagement tactics.

Forum Engagement & Conversion:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive forum engagement strategy to increase brand awareness, drive conversions, and gather valuable customer insights.
  • Identify relevant forums and online communities where potential customers are active.
  • Build relationships with forum members and actively participate in discussions, providing helpful information and addressing questions.
  • Track and analyze forum engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the strategy.
  • Translate forum interactions and trends into unique content for the blog, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and trends from forums to enhance the overall customer experience.

Research & Strategy:


  • Conduct in-depth research to inform content creation, campaign development, and social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their content needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Monitor social listening to stay on top of brand mentions and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed.

Analytics & Reporting:


  • Track and analyze content performance across various channels, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Create regular reports with actionable insights to inform content strategy and decision-making.

Brand Stewardship:


  • Maintain the quality and consistency of Boundless's brand voice and messaging across all content and platforms.
  • Serve as a resource for colleagues, sharing best practices and guidelines for social media and content creation.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated writing experience in a marketing environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High levels of creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with social media algorithms and optimization strategies.
  • Experience with forum engagement and community building.
  • Hybrid Work: Ability and willingness to work in the Seattle office at least once a week.
