With a diverse team spanning twenty plus countries, our culture fosters openness and collaboration, making Infinite Commerce an exceptional place to work and grow.The Production Designer is responsible for independently managing print and digital production assets, while also collaborating with other members of the Brand Creative team to translate creative concepts into compelling visual realities.

This role meticulously crafts mechanical designs, finesses photo manipulations, and orchestrates digital asset production. Working closely with the Brand Creative team, the Production Designer ensures that every piece of work is not only visually stunning but also technically flawless, thriving in an environment that demands both precision and creativity

Responsibilities:


  • Mastery in the creation of detailed mechanical files, ensuring all technical specifications meet production requirements
  • Expertly transform and retouch images, demonstrating unparalleled skill with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Prepare and optimize various digital formats for both online presence and print quality, ensuring best practices in digital asset production
  • Maintain high levels of organization to efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring file integrity and version control
  • Ensure all files are correctly formatted, labeled, and stored, streamlining the design-to-production workflow
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, with in-depth proficiency in Figma, and other design software being a plus

Main KPIs:


1. Accuracy and Compliance of Mechanical Files

  • KPI: Percentage of mechanical files that meet all technical specifications and production requirements without needing revisions
  • Target: 98% of files should be accurate on the first submission

2. Quality of Photo Manipulations

  • KPI: Client or team satisfaction rating for photo manipulations and retouching
  • Target: Achieve an average satisfaction rating of 4.8/5 or higher

3. Efficiency in Digital Asset Production

  • KPI: Time taken to prepare and optimize digital assets for online and print formats
  • Target: Complete all digital asset production tasks within the project deadline 95% of the time

4. Project and File Management

  • KPI: Number of projects managed simultaneously while maintaining file integrity and version control
  • Target: Successfully manage and complete at least 5 projects concurrently without any errors in file management

5. Compliance with File Delivery Standards

  • KPI: Rate of correctly formatted, labeled, and stored files that meet the design-to-production workflow requirements
  • Target: 99% of files should be correctly form

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of relevant production design experience and education
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of typography and proper typesetting conventions
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Expert knowledge of current design tools and resources, including mastery in Adobe Creative Suite and in-depth proficiency with web and digital tools, including Figma
