Backed by notable venture capital firms, Boundless is a Series B startup with a global team of 300+, financially robust and strategically positioned for long-term success.Who You Are:As Boundless’ first Senior Product Marketing Manager, you bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and creative problem-solving to the nuanced, complex world of business and family immigration. You have proven experience driving cross-functional efforts across product, marketing, and sales teams. You’re both a strong storyteller and a strategic thinker with expertise in conducting in-depth market analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies, and executing on those strategies to meet the unique needs of immigrants and companies hiring foreign talent.
You excel in product positioning and messaging, developing compelling value propositions, and a champion of sales enablement - able to equip sales teams with essential tools and resources for success with B2B and B2C clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities:Own the Overall Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution:You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for our growing corporate immigration segment (B2B). You will establish a distinct vision for the business and identify key factors for growth, such as defining our ICP, understanding customer pain points and requirements, formulating compelling value propositions for different segments, crafting targeted messaging, conducting competitive analysis, enhancing sales enablement, and devising a comprehensive product marketing strategy, in relation to our product roadmap. You’ll then implement your strategies by developing audience-specific messaging, marketing content, and go-to-market materials for Boundless’s corporate immigration business. Messaging and Content Creation:Thought leadership and storytelling are critical to this role. You’re a writer at heart and a strong communicator, as shown through your ability to distill complex concepts and features into straightforward, compelling narratives that clearly communicate our products’ value.
You will leverage your expertise in customer empathy, motivations, and pain points to craft compelling messaging and content that resonate with our ICP. In this role, you’ll manage and execute multiple content projects simultaneously, including sales enablement, web content, email campaigns, blog posts, white papers, product copy, internal business copy, case studies, and other materials that resonate with our audience. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with finding new opportunities to leverage Boundless lawyers and leaders in content creation, such as guest articles, videos, case studies, and social media content. Strategic Insight and Product Roadmap Influence:You'll focus on understanding our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and use this knowledge to shape our marketing approach and strategies. Your role involves analyzing market trends and customer behavior to inform the positioning of our products. You'll foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team, encouraging exploration and experimentation. Your insights will influence that product roadmap, and broader decisions on features or services that will help us surpass our growth goals and stand out from competition. Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of product marketing experience in both B2B and B2C sectors; HR buyer experience is a plus.
- Skilled in simplifying complex information into clear, audience-tailored messaging.
- Experience in growth-stage startups, thriving in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Expert in developing product analytics or experience management strategies, with a solid record in B2B sales and sales enablement programs, supported by specific examples of involvement.
- Innovative, adaptable, quick to learn from mistakes, and humble in persistence.
- Proven ability to analyze market and customer needs, with a knack for crafting impactful strategies based on these insights.
- Capable of managing complex projects and making strategic decisions with diverse teams.
