Job Description


We are seeking a self-directed, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for managing lead generation and performance marketing aligned with specific ROAS and growth goals across multiple Flowplay games and platforms, including desktop and mobile. Success in this position relies heavily on reporting and cohort analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of each advertising campaign within a set of marketing channels, which may include Google AdWords, Instagram, Facebook, Apple Search, and other ad networks or direct marketing partners.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer acquisition reporting and budgets.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve goals for player growth, reduced costs, and higher profits.
  • Oversee tracking for both mobile and desktop campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure a steady pipeline of new ad assets and videos.
  • Research and launch new channels to test new sources of traffic.

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience with customer acquisition, preferably in the mobile gaming space.
  • Strong analytical skills, preferably familiar with Power BI, but not required
  • Some experience managing customer acquisition campaigns on Google AdWords, Apple Search, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis to measure ROAS and LTV goals for paid user acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple advertising channels and organize weekly/monthly reporting on those channels
  • Excellent skills working alongside designers, developers, and business intelligence managers
  • Experience with mobile tracking and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) preferred but not required

Compensation includes a base rate of $85,000 - 105,000 per year + bonus + equity.
