ideal candidate is a high-performing individual contributor seeking to make a larger strategic and business impact. *** MoxiWorks is a leading property technology SaaS company founded by one of the industry’s leading real estate brokerage companies.  With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine the accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents. We seek, via our Canadian partner Softmax Data, a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on pipeline generation and revenue growth.  In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies, collaborating closely with our sales and peer marketing teams.

You will also oversee owned and paid campaigns, use analytics to drive decisions, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Your expertise should extend across the entire buyer’s journey and a diverse set of channels, including SEO, web, events, database/email marketing, and paid (e.g., PPC, social, email, webinars, content syndication, and more).  A strong background in demand generation of mid-market B2B SaaS is required, and data-driven decision-making is crucial to optimizing our marketing efforts.  This leadership role requires hands-on work and is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver offices. 

Responsibilities


- Develop and execute demand-generation strategies, plans, and campaigns. - Collaborate with sales and peer marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue. - Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including cost efficiency and ROI. - Guide the activities of an extended team, including marketing operations and agency partners. - Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts. - Measure and report on campaign success using key metrics. - Resolve challenges within the demand generation process. - Provide team training and support on best practices and tools. 

Qualifications


- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field in a mid-market B2B SaaS company. Experience in marketing B2C SaaS products and product led-growth is a plus. - Experience in demand generation through paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and third-party publications. - Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.  Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - An innate sense of curiosity combined with problem-solving skills. - Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results-driven. - Ability and willingness to be in the office 3 days/week.The range for this role is up to CAD$207k + up to 10% bonus depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data benefits include: - Paid Time Off- Dental, Vision - Prescription Reimbursement - Massage / Chiropractor / Physio Therapy - Life Insurance - Out-of-Country Travel Insurance No agencies please.$177,000 - $207,000 a yearPlus potential up to 10% bonusApply for this job
