PLEASE NOTE: This is a full-time international contract opportunity working with a US based company with an indefinite period and not a full-time employment opportunity.


To help fuel our rapid growth, we are seeking a full-time Product Marketing Compliance Analyst for ensuring compliance with marketplace marketing policies and applicable laws and regulations. If you are an individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, is ambitious, and is motivated by challenges, we'd love to meet you!Responsibilities:

  • Reviews proposed variation families to ensure that included listings, and their categorization, theme and content are consistent with marketplace policies.
  • Works with marketplace support teams and external resources to resolve any identified marketplace policy violations.
  • Serves as one of the company-wide subject matter experts on online marketplace listing and product policies with a specific emphasis on the Amazon marketplace listing policies.
  • Performs retrospective audits of existing content to identify areas of potential exposure and leads the remediation initiatives.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to monitor changing marketplace policies and rules to ensure compliance.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated history of performing detailed reviews of legal or regulatory documentation with the goal of identifying and fixing issues or deviations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently and accurately in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • E-commerce and consumer products experience.
  • Policy, regulatory or similar experience.

Anticipated salary range: CRC 13,592,230.08 - CRC 16,990,287.60 annual
