- Marketo Implementation: Lead the end-to-end setup and implementation of Marketo, including system setup, configuration, and integration with required Martech ecosystem (Analytics-CMS-CRM-Visualization-Demandgen channels etc).
- Campaign Orchestration and Execution: Collaborate with marketing managers to build and execute targeted campaigns leveraging Marketo capabilities
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within Marketo / HubSpot by implementing best practices for data governance, segmentation, and list management. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Automation Workflows: Design and build automated workflows and lead nurture programs to engage prospects throughout the campaign journey.
- Lead Scoring and Routing: Design and build lead scoring models and lead routing rules to prioritize and route leads to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up.
- Analytics and Reporting: Create custom reports and dashboards in Marketo and Hubspot to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for marketing and sales teams on Marketo best practices, processes, and workflows. Develop documentation and resources to support ongoing usage and adoption.
- Continuous Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and landing pages for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other departments to manage integrations between Marketo and Hubspot and other systems such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), event platforms, and analytics tools.
- User Management: Ensure permission and accessibility to Marketo and Hubspot is governed as per client compliance & regulations
- Stay Updated: Stay informed and understand the latest trends, features, and best practices in marketing automation and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
YOUR ROLE
This role will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of Marketo and Hubspot, leading marketing automation platforms, to drive successful campaigns and achieve business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The Marketo and Hubspot Specialist is comfortable analyzing data, is an avid communicator and storyteller, creative in their approach to solving problems, and is confident in their abilities and experience.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about omnichannel paid media, measurement, ad platform functionality, audience targeting and an exceptional partner with brand and demand strategists to deliver great work.In this role, you will drive the following areas:
Project Support
- Inspire and support delivery team leaders to translate statements of work into cohesive project plans, assign resources, and define responsibilities.
- Align account team with a carefully planned and measured approach. Provide positive motivation, guidance, and governance throughout all projects.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) implementing and managing Marketo AND Hubspot in a B2B environment.
- In-depth understanding of marketing automation concepts, including lead management, segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, create custom workflows, and implement integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Marketo and Hubspot certification(s) preferred.
- Experience in other automation tools like Pardot, etc is preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Strong data and creative storytelling. Ability to align key messages to audiences, develop campaign voice, tone, and theme, and define strong engagement strategies that resonate with clients as it relates to performance marketing.
- Certifications in related marketing automation platforms, and other tools/resources.
- Proven track record of success in performance marketing supported by awards, campaign honors, etc.
