Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager at Actriv Healthcare is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and retention of healthcare professionals in various client facilities. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to meet client needs and maintain high-quality care. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our Staffing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients and healthcare professionals by managing the staffing operations, developing strong client relationships, and leading a team of staffing coordinators.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry.$65,000 - $70,000 a year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT


§Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.§Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.§Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT


§Lead, mentor, and motivate the staffing coordinators to achieve departmental goals.§Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.§Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

STAFFING OPERATIONS MANAGEMNT


§Oversee the daily operations of the staffing department, ensuring efficient and effective placement of healthcare professionals.§Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet client demands and organizational goals.§Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGY


§Develop and execute customer success plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.§Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent client churn.§Implement best practices for customer success and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.

COMMUNICATION & COLABERATION


§Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues.§Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.§Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance to senior management.
