Client Relationship Manager


Leading Long Island managed service provider is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic Sales Professional to join our growing Company. Candidates with a technology background are a plus. Attention to detail, strong verbal and hand written skills required. The individual will demonstrate the ability to establish new clients through cold calling and referrals.We represent over 100 leading manufacturer's products and solutions and provide all the tools and training you will need to be successful. We offer our products and services to companies nationwide with a focus on NY tri-state and NY Metro areas.

Our primary focused solution are built around the following products, IBM, HP, Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, SonicWall and Citrix.This position offers a competitive salary, commission plan, 401K, medical, vacation benefits, and the opportunity to work with honest, dedicated technology professionals in an outstanding team environment.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for presenting, demonstrating and closing technology solutions and services.
  • Should be proficient in providing pre-sales and functional support to prospective customers.
  • Must be a hunter with strong phone skills to call on new accounts, from small businesses to Fortune 500 Companies and present IT products, services and information on new technologies.
  • Will be working with manufactures to help design and implement cost savings IT solutions for new and existing customers.

Job Requirements


  • Technology experience/exposure, or experience in a similarly sophisticated industry
  • At least five years of successful direct selling experience of IT consulting services
  • Dynamic executive-level relationship building
  • Assertive work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit
  • High persistence and track-record of achieving goals
  • MSP Experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in team pursuits
  • Clear, controlled and professional communication skills required
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to multitask and manage time and word load in a fast pace environment
