Description
BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly motivated Bidding Specialist to join our team. As a Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and product expertise to prospective clients in the software industry. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrate our software solutions, and ensure that potential clients are provided with all the necessary information. Additionally, you will provide feedback to internal teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of the software and automation industry and our clients.
Daily Tasks:
- Upload the details of selected new tenders to ClickUp and upload the files for each tender to SharePoint, then add the link in the related ticket on ClickUp.
- Implement a logging system to record who uploaded the files and who verified them.
- If preliminary guarantee letters are needed for new tenders, send an email with the details of each guarantee letter to the relevant team, open a ticket on ClickUp for each guarantee letter to follow up, update the guarantee letter report with the new required letters, and follow up with the team every two days until issuance.
- Use a project management tool with a built-in tracking feature (e.g., ClickUp).
- Follow up on tenders that the sales and proposals team worked on, which are ready for submission, and perform the daily submission.
- Implement a submission checklist to ensure all criteria are met.
- Ensure the registration on the portals is always valid, or inform the relevant team to renew the registration if needed.
- Schedule regular checks to verify portal registrations and renewals.
Weekly Tasks:
Weekly Report:- Assist in preparing and sending a report of the tenders worked on throughout the week and a report of the required guarantee letters to the CEO and relevant team.
