relevant experience and strong regulatory knowledge.
As Compliance Operations Manager, you'll lead, plan, and report on the operational aspects
of the compliance team walking closely with the policy team. You will need to be structured,
data driven, and an excellent communicator to succeed in this global role.
In this role you will:
●Oversee onboarding and transaction monitoring for regulatory compliance.●Plan, measure, and report on team activities.● Identify, assess, and document compliance risks.
● Resolve operational issues cross-departmentally.
● Monitor and report team performance to senior management and stakeholders.
● Manage KYC, AML, and CTF compliance for customer onboarding.
● Maintain onboarding regulatory standards and procedures.
● Conduct due diligence and risk assessments.
● Ensure complete and accurate client documentation.
● Enhance transaction monitoring systems with IT collaboration.
● Train staff on compliance matters.
● Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery.
● Develop project plans and monitor progress.
● Align projects with business goals and mitigate risks.
● Continuously improve processes based on lessons learned and data.● Implement best practices for efficiency.● Document processes comprehensively.
Requirements
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to
communicate complex regulation and/or concepts simply, clearly and effectively to
non-compliance stakeholders.
● Proven experience in compliance operations management within fintech, payments,
or financial services.
● Experience with transaction monitoring systems and investigative techniques.
● Ability to quickly apply regulations across various markets.

● Strong project management experience.
● Strong analytical, data-driven, structured-approach and problem-solving skills.
● with the ability to interpret complex rules/data and identify patterns of suspicious
activity.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively
with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
● Experience working in a fintech or technology-driven environment is a plus.
