Description
What is this job?This is a full time, in person, union job with benefits. The person who fills this position will spend most of their time operating our T-shirt printing line, to fulfill large and small orders for customized t-shirts. You may also work on some of our other production manufacturing lines making other kinds of products.You will need to be:
- A reliable worker who shows up and delivers, day after day.
- Able to spend an 8 hour shift, five days a week, on your feet and in motion.
- Able to lift 55 pounds, retrieve stock from a ladder, stay focused throughout a production run.
- Careful about details, paying close attention so every tee looks great.
- Able to take direction, listen to instructions, take part in individual and shared problem solving.
- A good learner, able to adjust as our company grows, adds new equipment, and evolves new processes and tasks.
- A team player who can sometimes work on tasks outside your usual range of activities
- Able to take on overtime hours when needed.
- Extra points if you’re mechanically inclined and can fix some equipment problems yourself.

Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing operations is a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience making or crafting things as a hobby is also a plus.
- On the job training will be provided.
- You must be legally able to work in the United States
- You must be at least 18 years of age
