In this role, you will:

  • Re-imagine how our patients manage their ongoing care, including:

  • Adjusting and customizing treatment plans

  • Managing and scheduling orders

  • Dealing with medical issues as they arise

  • Work with a team of engineers and designers to define and implement features that empower patients to manage their healthcare.

  • Partner closely with our customer support team, pharmacy team, and network of practitioners to identify and eliminate friction in the patient experience.

  • Own a variety of metrics related to patient experience.

  • Work closely with product design to create simple, smart, and inspiring user-experiences that reflect the needs of our patients - functional, educational, emotional and otherwise.

  • Help elevate the Product Management practice at Felix and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2-3 years of experience building and shipping products and features customers love.

  • Has a shipping mentality. We don't believe in spending forever analyzing and debating. The best way to validate something is to ship it - so let’s do that.

  • Thinks critically and follows a scientific & systematic approach to solving problems.

  • Has enough technical know-how to talk with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact product, and a desire to learn what you don’t know.

  • Is able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity and adept at synthesizing actionable problems, insights, and requirements from raw, unstructured qualitative and quantitative data.

  • An excellent communicator that can convey complex ideas succinctly and clearly.

  • Naturally collaborative and empathetic; comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization and making sure every voice is heard.

  • Remote first, work from anywhere in Canada

  • Incredible culture powered by an highly collaborative and high performing team
