Octane adds value throughout the customer journey: inspiring enthusiasts with our editorial brands, including Cycle World® and UTV Driver®, instantly prequalifying consumers for financing online, routing customers to dealerships for an easy closing, and supporting customers throughout their loan with superior loan servicing.Founded in 2014, we’re a remote-first company with 550+ employees and over 30 OEM and 4,000 dealer partners.  As part of the Quality Assurance team at Roadrunner Financial you will be immersed in reviewing the day-to-day operations of the loan application and deal closing process.  

Specifically, you will:


  • Perform daily audit functions supporting our credit and funding operations including but not limited to credit decisioning of credit applications, verification activities within loan processing in accordance with credit policy and procedure guidelines, including call, email and chat monitoring. 
  • Ensure accurate execution of credit policies and ensure compliance in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other federal and state regulations, across multiple product lines and programs.
  • Accurately record audit results in a clear and straightforward manner so management can understand and share results with team members.
  • Identify trends of behavior on individual, pod, and organization levels. 
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement 

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate 
  • At least 1+ years of audit experience in Loan Processing, Underwriting, or Funding, Automotive, RV, motorsports or consumer loan durable goods industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance requirements and Regulatory expectations, and process QA assessment
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet daily and monthly goals.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills. 
  • Energetic, flexible, empathetic, with a positive attitude. 
  • Be able to execute tasks using multiple tools at any given time: Salesforce, Slack, e-mail, Google Sheets, and proprietary LOS. 
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
