At Hive, we are dedicated to creating moments that matter by connecting event marketers to their biggest fans. We are looking to add a Senior Frontend Engineer to work on our Product Pod to develop impactful solutions that strengthen the connection between artists, shows, and their fanbase. The Hive team plays a unique role of driving engagement and enhancing the overall experience for both marketers and fans.
What You’ll Do
Build!
Shape and lead the building of performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces
Collaborate on our technical vision. Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects
Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team
Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns
What You'll Need
Minimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experience
Proficiency in React/Typescript and their core principles
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
Track record of shipping high-quality products and developing projects at scale
Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
Experience creating design system component libraries with tools such as Storybook
Technologies we use & teach
Frontend: React, Typescript, Material UI, React Query
Backend: Python, Django
Databases: Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Clickhouse, KeyDB
Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with these is a plus, but we know smart people are quick learners!
