This role requires a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards and internal policies. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance measures are effectively adhered to and integrated into business processes is an important prerequisite.&nbsp;</div><div>The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters, proactively identifying and addressing potential compliance risks, and keeping abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices in the regions of operation.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Implement the Helium Health compliance program:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>●&nbsp;Continuously improve and implement the Helium Health compliance program.</div><div>● Create and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote compliance throughout the organization.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Stay current with local, regional, and international regulations impacting the industry, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;</div><div>● Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and take appropriate corrective actions.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Provide compliance guidance and training:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Develop and conduct organization wide sensitization sessions centered around the Helium Health compliance program to enhance compliance awareness and understanding.&nbsp;</div><div>● Educate employees (new and old) on the Helium Health compliance requirements, fostering a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.&nbsp;</div><div>● Share regular compliance updates via newsletters and companywide internal communications&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Risk Identification&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Coordinate stakeholder engagement for the management of business risks that may exist within each respective department’s processes, procedures and controls</div><div>● Develop, update and monitor the Helium Health compliance risk register and framework&nbsp;</div><div>● Continuous update and monitoring of the Helium Health compliance risk register and framework at the business and corporate level.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Monitor and report on compliance activities:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the compliance program.&nbsp;</div><div>● Regularly report on compliance activities and metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;</div><div>●&nbsp;Perform periodic audits to ensure and affirm adherence to the corporate compliance program.</div><div><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Work closely with legal and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of compliance efforts internally and with regulatory bodies and external partners&nbsp;</div><div>● Provide compliance support and expertise to other departments in the development of new products, services, or processes.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Handle compliance incidents and investigations:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Lead investigations into potential compliance breaches and develop appropriate remediation plans.&nbsp;</div><div>● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance-related incidents and resolve issues promptly.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Engage with regulatory authorities and external partners:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Participate in industry forums and associations to stay informed about emerging compliance trends and practices.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirement:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>● Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field; with at least 6 - 8 years of experience in a similar compliance role within the Tech/Financial services industry/sector&nbsp;</div><div>● Thorough knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the company's operations.&nbsp;</div><div>● Proven experience in designing and implementing effective corporate compliance programs.&nbsp;</div><div>● Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify potential compliance risks, determine its impact and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and plan..&nbsp;</div><div>● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.&nbsp;</div><div>● Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding them toward compliance objectives.&nbsp;</div><div>● Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving compliance-related issues.&nbsp;</div><div>●&nbsp;Experience in managing and reporting on risk management and audit functions</div><div>● Ability to adapt quickly to and communicate changes in regulatory environments and industry relating to the Helium Health’s diverse business lines&nbsp;</div><div>●&nbsp;Ability to utilise strong communication mediums and platforms to disseminate&nbsp;compliance-related information across the organization</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Working with us:&nbsp;</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Type &amp;
