As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrations team, specializing in integrating our SaaS applications with both internal and external systems. This role will involve designing, developing, and optimising solutions that manage high volumes of data flow, such as connecting our platform with financial accounting systems for pushing accounting transactions. You will ensure that data exchanges are seamless, efficient, and reliable, supporting both operational and strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and enhance customer experience.Join us to improve our integration platform and add the next generation of products.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you will:
- Be part of a team working collaboratively with UX, PM, QA and other engineers designing, building and maintaining high performance, flexible and highly scalable Saas applications
- Create and manage APIs and data connectors that facilitate efficient and scalable data exchange.
- Ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and secure, with a focus on handling large data sets.
- Document solution design, write & review code, test and rollout solutions to production,
- Develop and maintain the the data models, dashboards, and reports to support product / business decision-making
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Analyze current systems and workflows to identify and design integration solutions
- Develop integration architectures that align with best practices and business needs.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- 5+ Years
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin or C#.net
- Strong understanding of REST APIs / SOA / web services.
- Familiarity with data formats and protocols (e.g., JSON, XML, OAuth).
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration is highly desirable.
- Must have thorough understanding of core AWS services and Full stack development
- Should be well versed with Data Structures; algorithms, multi-threading and optimization techniques.
- Proficient in database technologies such as SQL server, Postgres, or DynamoDB.
