You'll be equipped to make an impact, realize your potential, and stay inspired every step of the way.The Revenue Operations Analyst is a key player within our organization, responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of our revenue-generating operations. This role involves a mix of data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this 17 month contract role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our operational systems are streamlined and that data flows effectively to inform strategic decisions and overall revenue performance.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:


  •  Manage and analyze large sets of data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and usability
  • This includes maintaining the integrity of CRM data, performing regular data audits, and generating reports that provide actionable insights
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales, marketing, and customer support processes. Working with wider team, look to Implement process improvements and automate workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Oversee the integration of essential revenue operation systems such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer interaction systems
  • Provide training and support to team members on new systems, processes, or updates.
  • Develop resources and guides to help teams effectively use tools and adhere to best practices

What you'll bring to the team:


  • 1 - 3 years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, especially in Salesforce and Excel
  • Experience with financial reporting and revenue forecasting
  • Understanding of accounting principles and their application in revenue operations
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments, particularly with accounting teams
