We are looking for individuals from all backgrounds to help us build a product that serves everyone.GRAV is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our Revenue teamand will report to GRAV’s, Adam Salinas, Director of Sales.
What You'll Do
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and marketshare through the GRAV’s network.
- Set ambitious targets, monitor progress, and takeproactive measures to achieve revenue goals.●
- Account Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of each business,including their history, strengths, weaknesses, and market presence. Use this knowledge to tailor sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Quarterly Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of each clients performance on a quarterly basis.
- Evaluate sales volume, revenue, and profitability against predetermined metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback and recommendations.
- Metrics and KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GRAV’s network. Measure and report on metrics such as sales growth, market penetration, customer satisfaction, and product assortment. Regularly review performance against these metrics.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts ,align marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across GRAV’s network.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to cannabis smoking accessories.
- Leverage this knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Who You Are:
- 5 years experience in Account Management with a preference on Key or National accounts
- Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to use data to drive decision making
- Experience using a CRM; Hubspot preferred
- Experience in leading business negotiations with a strong emphasis on presentationSkills
