Founded in 2014, we have the support and backing of Serent Capital, one of the top private equity firms in the US that invests in high-growth software and services firms and manages over $2B in committed capital.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Marketing Demand Gen Specialist who is obsessed with delivering world-class service to join our vibrant company that’s growing fast. This individual will be adept at reaching large-ish customers who have longer, and much more research-driven sales cycles.

Leveraging your account-based marketing (ABM) experience and effective leadership, you will build and scale this critically important part of our business in partnership with the sales team.In this role, you will: 

  • Work alongside our Enterprise Marketing Lead to create and execute campaigns that produce measurable results - demos, sales, revenue, etc. If you’re a good fit, you get it.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team members to plan and run effective campaigns
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify meaningful KPIs to track progress across the sales and marketing funnel
  • Diligently work to understand our customer’s unique stories and needs. Demonstrate that you empathetically understand the customer’s problems and offer simple solutions.
  • Understand and, at times, execute on a variety of campaign components, such as copywriting, campaign development, asset & ad creation, ad channel selection and management, etc.
  • Build your own team of software and vendors, as needed, to support campaigns
  • Work alongside the growing team and company to continually bring clarity to our products and brand, always focusing on the actual value we bring to customers
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions.
  • Build then obsess over ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline/bookings (sourced/influenced), database growth and accuracy for named accounts, account/person engagement scores and sales/partner utilization of programs.
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget.

You may be a good fit if: 

  • You’re a doer. We’re still a rapidly growing company, even 10ish years in. One of our advantages is a high-trust environment where we can execute with speed.
  • You have 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS. Insurance and/or payments experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • You’re a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. 
  • You’re an optimist with a can-do attitude, and the ability to work with marketing and sales collaboratively. Our marketing team gets along great with sales, and we’d like to keep it that way!
  • You have an understanding of pipeline management and metrics.
  • You demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Especially on the written side. 
  • You possess strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • You have experience with email automation / CRMs, especially Salesforce / Pardot
