Description
SchooLinks is seeking a Product designer to join our design team. You’ll work alongside product managers and engineers to deliver amazing user experiences to our customers in the education space.You’ll build low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes and create engineering-ready high-fidelity. Your work will encompass a range of products across our platform, allowing you to design for a wide range of features serving students, school staff, parents, industry partners, and more.In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Product and work closely with our CTO and Product Managers.
You’ll work alongside other designers to collaborate, perform design reviews, and provide feedback.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver designs and solutions that delight our users and drive engagement
- Iterate quickly on feedback to move designs quickly from concept to engineering-ready
- Work with Product Managers and leadership to understand product strategy and vision, clarify requirements, and create user-centered solutions
- Collaborate with other designers to continually improve our design system
- Perform design reviews and provide feedback to other designers
Requirements
- 1-3 years as a Product Designer or in a similar role
- Experience designing for an enterprise SaaS platform
- Demonstrated experience solving for complex workflows and usage situations
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
