We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Loan Application Support Specialists to join our dynamic team on-site in Northbrook, Chicago, IL. As a seasoned professional in areas of customer care or sales, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support regarding their online applications and loan product information. The professional will be responsible for assisting customers with completing online applications while navigating them through the customer portal.
This position requires effective communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
You will
- Assist customers in completing their loan application while ensuring they understand the value of our product.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them promptly and accurately.
- Multi-task efficiently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with verification teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by management.
- Organize and manage workload without constant supervision; maintain focus and productivity independently.
- Manage both inbound / outbound calls and chat.
You have
- Two (2) or more years of experience in the financial services industry, preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of experience working in a contact center environment, preferred.
- A strong history of turning a lead into a customer with documented success in exceeding goals.
- Technological literacy for computer applications along with the ability to assist clients with the process of uploading documents, navigating websites, and troubleshooting basic device issues.
- Good understanding of personal finance and lending regulations specifically in regards to personal loans, preferred.
- The ability to read through detailed scripts and follow compliance standards on every call.
- Superior listening skills and ability to engage prospects by phone.
