Our goal is to work with forward-thinking organizations and to help them understand how Artificial Intelligence will affect their business and their industry.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to join our team, focused on providing software and technology solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will have a background in product management, with strong experience in the DoD and a deep understanding of the value streams associated with complex DOD killchains.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and communicate the strategic vision for software project management, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop and enforce project delivery standards and establish the organization's approach to the full life cycle of projects, from planning, initiation, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control, and completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, and within scope and budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Identify and mitigate risks associated with software projects and implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and manage internal and external audits
- Implement project reporting mechanisms and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress.
- Implement effective change management processes to handle changes in project scope or requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers.
- Ensure that software projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Assists executives and/or senior directors in defining organizational goals and strategic plans. Extensive business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional area.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project/program management within Commercial Industry and DoD
- Proven track record of successfully delivering DoD software projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly Desired
:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Strong understanding of CJADC2 and related military operational concepts

Salary Range
The salary range specified in each job posting outlines the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries applicable to the position across all US locations.
