Who We Are Looking For: 


We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Product Manager for Growth to lead the strategic vision and execution of our content and product catalog. As a key player in our Growth initiatives, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and functionality of our offerings. Your impact will be felt across marketing, operations, customer experience, and technology teams, as you drive initiatives to optimize performance, increase sales, and position our business for incremental growth. What You Will Be Doing:


  • Product Strategy:  Develop and articulate a comprehensive growth product strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and user needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:  Collaborate with UX designers, developers, marketing, operations, e-commerce, CX, and business stakeholders for seamless communication and successful product delivery.
  • Team Leadership:  Lead and inspire a team of marketing stakeholders, UX designers, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • User Experience:  Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Development Oversight:  Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and improvements.
  • Roadmap Planning:  Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Quality Assurance:  Collaborate with QA teams to establish and maintain product quality standards, ensuring a flawless user experience.

What Will Make You Stand Out:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in eCommerce or product management
  • Retail industry or consumer-facing product experience is highly desired
  • Strong understanding of UX design, website infrastructure, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a company on Shopify Plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-driven; strategic and innovative thinker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask, own and manage deadlines.

This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
