£23,690 + performance related OTE up to £35,000 Excellent Benefits including:

More about you:


• As a Telesales Advisor for Airband you will need a great understanding of Sales, Customer service excellence and be an active listener with good sales ability - Patience and the ability to engage with customers is crucial.• Confident in establishing customer requirements and understand how to resolve and close sales.• An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.• Punctual character with an eager drive to succeed by hitting sales targets.• A confident and resilient character with effective resolution skills.• Exceptional understanding of Customer excellence.• Ability to deliver credible service to a broad range of internal and external contacts/customers.• As part of our Telesales Team you will also be acting as a brand ambassador for Airband and working in alignment of our Cultures and Values.

• Airband offer a Hybrid working model operating out of Droitwich. Applicants must be located within a reasonable commute to Droitwich.• Our Telesales Division at Airband are a dedicated and loyal Team who thrive on success, delivering exceptional Customer experience and targeted results. • As a new addition to the Team you will be a Sales professional developing relationships with potential customers in order to advise and sell Airband connectivity, whilst meeting or exceeding the sales team KPIs.

• Promoting Airband’s Reputation and Customer relationships. You will also contribute to generating sales for our business, being responsible for advising & closing sales over the phone whilst maintaining good customer relationships.

Having built the network our strategic focus is to increase our customer connections and we are looking for talented individuals to join us at this crucial time in our journey.What will your day look like: • Follow-up website generated enquiries from potential customers • Answer all inbound enquiry calls and make outbound calls to potential customers to convert to an order • Turn warm leads into orders answering all customers questions and alleviate any concerns they may have about the service • Take, record and process orders on our systems in person or over the phone/e-mail • Go the “extra mile” to meet targets which providing exceptional service and advice • Maintain accurate customer records on CRM as well as other administrative tasks as required • Accurate and timely reporting as required • Promote a sales focused, goal driven approach whilst working as part of the wider Sales division.
