Senior Producer


We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Producer to help oversee the production of a wide array of different video projects within the agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception through to completion, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency across all stages of production. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the world of production, while also possessing a strong understanding of agency processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the production process for our high-profile projects, setting and maintaining timelines, budgets, and project scopes.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and other department leads to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Determine necessary logistics, resourcing, and schedules for video productions.
  • Provide on-site production oversight and problem-solving during video productions.
  • Oversee the work of production staff, offering guidance, support, and direction to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects remain within financial limits.
  • Identify risks and challenges early in the production process, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and is up to date, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Foster a creative and productive work environment, encouraging innovation and excellence among team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production role in commercial production and/or a creative agency role. Broadcast Production from pre-production to delivery experience is a plus.
  • TV, Radio and Digital production and post-production experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of the production process, from concept development through to final delivery for Broadcast (TV and Radio) and digital.
  • Proficient in project management software (Netsuite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding effective solutions.
  • Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
  • Passionate about production and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
