What you'll be doing...
In this key role, you will act as a liaison between Information Services and Operations to enhance computer systems, our website and reporting. On occasion, you may also act as project manager, taking the project from initial request to implementation. In addition to business analysis skills, a background in employee benefits or accounting is helpful but not required.This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with an on-site requirement in our Seattle office. The schedule could change in the future, based on business needs.As a Business Analyst you will:
- Identify and interview stakeholders to elicit requirements for system enhancements
- Gather and document requirements for statistical and financial reporting
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business and user requirements
- Develop task lists, timelines and implementation strategy
- Collaborate with the Development and Testing teams to align requirements and solutions
- Document and identify process/workflow impacts to the organization
Who you are...
- Educated: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experienced: 3 years demonstrated experience in business analysis required
- Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical: Proven analytical and quantitative skills to complete root cause analysis
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and at own direction
- Technically Savvy: Advanced skills in full Microsoft Office suite
