Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and passionate Digital Designer to join our creative team at Filson. As a Digital Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital platforms. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Creative Production, copywriters, and other cross-functional partners to produce engaging brand identity, marketing collateral, and sales assets that drive engagement, awareness, and calls to action across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and produce brand identity, marketing, and sales collateral across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative studio and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, and Special Projects to deliver exceptional digital experiences that resonate with our audience.
- Utilize technical expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Capture One, layout design, typography, and photo editing to create compelling digital assets.
- Contribute to the development of social media and email design, maintaining consistency and relevance across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain awareness of print design and production processes, leveraging print design expertise as needed.
- Stay curious and passionate about design, visual language, storytelling, advertising, and outdoor culture, infusing creativity and innovation into every project.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a high-production-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital design tools and software mentioned above.
- A collaborative, creative, curious, productive, self-starting, fun, dedicated, and passionate mindset.
