And we have fun doing it.Who You AreOntic is looking for a results-driven Global Account Manager to play a key role in managing and nurturing our existing client relationships. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the client’s business with the aim of maximizing revenue, fostering customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term partnerships. As an Ontic Global  Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a targeted portfolio of key clients with a global presence.

By establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive strategy to meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets and ideally have experience in selling SAAS enterprise solutions. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Exhibits leadership in managing significant deals, from strategy through to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ontic’s products and services
  • Achieve and exceed quota targets by driving sales and expanding client accounts
  • Aligns account management strategies with overall business goals, showing an understanding of the market and the company’s position within it
  • Manage Commercial Relations to meet annual revenue targets
  • Navigate Fortune 500 security organizations to establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers to generate growth and expansion with new teams
  • Conduct value-based, strategic presentations and lead product demonstrations
  • Work with Ontic internal teams to ensure client value realization and 100% retention
  • Utilizes data and analytics to inform decisions, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Suggest and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs and challenge

Preferred Qualifications


  • Five-plus years of enterprise software sales experience
  • A proven sales hunter and closer with a documented history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets
  • A proven track record in sales or account management in a global context 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Strong solution selling skills with the ability to demonstrate strong product knowledge

140,000- Base Salary Annually Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of a total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks at Ontic.
