This position is responsible for the project management of initiatives within the Supply Chain and Production operations departments. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that will interface with Hardware Engineering, Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Order Fulfillment and R&D. The project manager will provide leadership from project inception thru post launch.
What You'll Do
Project management within established internal project governance, and the practices and disciplines of the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Create and maintain project documents, RAID, WBS, and budget tracking for allocated projects from initiation through to implementation phase
Develop and maintain project schedules with appropriate team organization and operational resource impact considerations
Create multiple plan scenarios and contingencies to ensure on-schedule project launch
Identify and document project scope and project success criteria
Provide accurate and consistent project status reporting
Maintain project relationships and communication channels to ensure cross-functional team collaboration
Identifying risks and issues, defining appropriate mitigation action strategies, escalation, and reporting
Organize and manage regular project meetings, create meeting minutes, status reports and action plans
Conduct project closure process at the end of the project which includes final budget vs. actual, summary of project accomplishments, issues, and lessons learned

Analyze problems and drive issue resolution to ensure successful project launch
What We're Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree, or work experience equivalent, preferred in project management, engineering, supply chain management, production or manufacturing related course of study; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a medium sized company
Experience in the full life cycle of project management, including planning, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and internal negotiations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel, Power Point, Visio and Word.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Planview or equivalent PPM application.
Must have tactical and relationship-building aspects of project management.
Must be a self-starter, with the ability to learn quickly and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communications skills including report writing and presentations.
Must have strong analytical, problem identification and problem-solving abilities.
Must have strong group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Able communicate and negotiate will all levels of staff and executive management.
Manage multiple and potentially dissimilar project activities.
Some travel on short notice may be required, including international.
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience in the gaming industry, supply chain management, engineering or manufacturing.
