Position Summary


The Senior HR Generalist at AccelByte  is a strategic and influential position aimed at harmonizing HR strategies with the organization's overarching objectives while cultivating a supportive and high-performance work environment. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, offering expert HR guidance, executing progressive HR initiatives, and championing the growth and welfare of our dedicated workforce.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities


The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for the following functions and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify workforce needs, participate in the recruitment process, and ensure the selection of top talent.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, to drive employee growth and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
  • Work on initiatives related to organizational change, development, and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, review and update HR policies as necessary, and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation strategies, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.
  • Work with the Training and Development Team to identify training and development needs, create training programs, and provide coaching to employees and managers.
  • Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze employee data, providing insights to inform decision-making and HR strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience Required


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in HR, with 3-5 years in a business partner or HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in Technical Recruitment is a huge plus. 
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English language.
  • Flexibility to adjust to work routines/schedules.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
