We are looking for a driven and motivated team member to manage and grow the relationships with our current preferred OEM partners, solidifying Dealerware’s dedication to program success, while opening up new business and revenue growth opportunities.
As an OEM Development Manager, you will:
- Manage and nurture relationships with preferred OEM partners
- Setup and lead meetings with all partners on a regular cadence
- Work with internal teams to provide accurate reporting on each brand’s dealer network performance (OEM dashboards and ad hoc requests)
- Understand OEM org structure and create key new relationships
- Schedule OEM field team and dealership training sessions
- Coordinate with internal teams to create training content and facilitate successfully
- Update and manage internal OEM communication channels
- Communicate important OEM updates and important information to appropriate Dealerware stakeholders
- Provide regular OEM updates to Sales and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy of brand specific information being provided to dealers
- Maintain a deep understanding of OEM mobility programs to better inform and influence efforts across the organization
- Appropriately project manage any issues or requests surfaced by OEM partners
- Provide OEM partners with regular project updates and escalate internally when necessary

Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or Automotive industries
- End-to-end project management experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to travel when necessary
