As a Senior Applications Administrator (Gainsight) you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to configure Gainsight CS and PX platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, maintaining data accuracy, analyzing trends, and providing creative solutions to enhance system functionality.Additionally, the Senior Application Administrator - Gainsight supports end-users, drives process optimization, and actively engages with Gainsight to provide feedback and stay updated on platform enhancements, ultimately contributing to the success of customer-centric initiatives.
You will:
- Exhibit advanced knowledge of the Gainsight CS and PX platforms to provide creative and effective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define system setup accordingly.
- Customize and configure the platforms to align with customer success and product analytic objectives and business strategy.
- Continuously explore opportunities to develop new methods, processes, systems, and tools to enhance Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX implementation to further support business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Gainsight Platforms.
- Understand and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation, such as analyzing user and product data to identify trends, usage patterns, and actionable insights.
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to maintain customer health scores, usage metrics, and other relevant data points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track customer success metrics.
- Design, implement, and streamline customer success processes within the Gainsight PX and Gainsight CS platforms.
- Optimize workflows and automate routine tasks to increase operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system functionality to support evolving business needs.
- Train end-users on Gainsight PX and Gainsight CS platforms, demonstrating best practices and effective utilization.
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting to address user queries and issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert and guide system features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Frequently advises others on complex matters. Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to broader company objectives.
- Actively engage with Gainsight to stay updated on new releases, enhancements, and features
- Provide feedback to Gainsight on product improvements and suggest enhancements based on MCG user requirements and industry trends.
- Actively participate in the Gainsight community, new feature betas, and user groups, sharing insights and experiences to contribute to the improvement of the platform and MCG user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’experience supporting Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX at an administrator level is required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with application administration or supporting enterprise applications is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a closely related field or equivalent experience required.
- Demonstrated understanding of data architecture concepts and the transmission of data among various systems.
- Proficiency in database maintenance, diagnostics, and data cleansing methods
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
We would love to see:
- Administrator certifications in Gainsight CS & Gainsight PX preferred.
- Salesforce CRM administration and integration experience
National Pay Range: $96,100 – $134,500Seattle Pay Range: $101,900 – $142,600
